I have 19 years of IT consulting experience, advising small to medium enterprises on the best IT solution to fit their needs, and then implementing the solution. I have successfully migrated on premise services to Google & Microsoft 365 platforms, with a focus over the past 10 years on helping enterprises adopt and mature on the ServiceNow platform.

As a ServiceNow platform solutionist focused primarily on the IT Operations Management product suite, I have successfully implemented discovery and service mapping projects, maturing the CMDB capability of numerous clients.

My passion for using technology to provide solutions extends beyond the workplace into my voluntary role with the Charity IT Association (CITA formerly IT4Communities). Volunteering drives me to improve my skill set, gain supplementary knowledge and assist charities & third sector organisations to realise the benefits of their technology investment.
